Round 2 Pick 2: WR Marcus Easley, Unversity of Connecticut
Key Attributes: 6'3" / 95 SPD
Analysis: It is tough to say it is not a Al Davis approach, but general manager Ricky Lung certainly doesn't want to think that way. Easley is very raw, but there is only one player in the whole league has a 6'3" frame along with a 95 rated speed in Calvin Johnson, only two if it lowered to 6'2" which includes Heyward-Bey. Again, it is hard to by pass physical talent now that it can't be trained extensively in Gridiron v2. Darrius Heyward-Bey, Chaz Schilens, and Marcus Easley may become one of the most dangerous receiving trio in the future. At the mean time, Easley will be seeing the field as a #3 or #4 receiver for the first couple of seasons until he improves his fundamental as well as his already high-end speed.

Round 2 Pick 10: OLB Daryl Washington, Texas Christian University
Key Attributes: 6'2" / 230 lbs / 86 SPD / 73 AWR / 87 ACC
Analysis: With a plan of running a balanced or a 3-4 defense, the Raiders want to take a linebacker with great athleticism, they get one in Daryl Washington. Washington will be a great 3-4 rushing linebacker, he already possesses good awareness as a rookie, so even if he is called upon on a 4-3 set defense in times, he should be able to adjust despite his lack of strength. He expects to be their starting outside linebacker on the left side ahead of Kamerion Wimbley.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 3 Pick 5: QB Tim Tebow, Florida
Key Attributes: 65 AWR / 90 THP / 82 THA
Analysis: Everyone seems this pick coming, just a matter of time or will he lose him just because they waited too long. The Raiders have two quarterbacks on the roster, but we all know general manager Ricky Lung loves quarterbacks that can run. Tebow doesn't have the high end athleticism, but he certainly have the ability to be a successful quarterback in this league. Tebow has a decent field vision and a solid arm. His ball handling and strength will have him hang on to the ball and not fumbling the football unlike most other scramblers. We have to believe Ricky has the vision of turning Tebow into their starting quarterback in the future, but for now he will likely see the field in certain formations just like Pat White.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 3 Pick 26: DT Jeff Owens, Georgia
Key Attributes: 304 lbs / 61 SPD / 99 STR / 70 ACC
Analysis: They need a big lineman to play the 3-4, the Raiders did not get one, but at least they get a strong one. The team wanted Terrence Cody or Linval Joseph, but both were picked in the 2nd round. Although Owens isn't ideal, they feel getting him late in the 3rd is still a very good pickup since he is nonetheless extremely strong despite not having the size. Owens is not big either, so it is questionable whether he can play the 3-4. Without a doubt, he will be the team starting defensive tackle this year since they do not have one on the roster prior to the draft.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 4 Pick 1: DT Earl Mitchell, Arizona
Key Attributes: 304 lbs / 74 SPD / 86 ACC
Analysis: The Raiders will likely run some formation out of the 4-3 too since they want to play a more balanced defense. A second defensive tackle usually isn't that important in Gridiron. The Raiders drafted an athletic one. Mitchell has the speed and quickness, he is lacking the strength, but playing as a number 2 defensive tackle doesn't always needed to be all around.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Round 4 Pick 10: CB Nolan Carroll, Maryland
Key Attributes: 6'0" / 93 SPD / 60 AWR / 92 ACC
Analysis: Taking a 6'0" cornerback with 93 rated speed in the 4th? It has to be a great pick. Carroll out of Maryland also have a very reasonable field vision along with his solid athleticism. He will likely learn from 3 other athletic corners on the Raiders roster.
